So now, the second case study that we learned was The Digital Age: Shall I Tag Along. In this case, we did a value chain analysis for Ambang Mata Sdn. Bhd. The value chain is below;

Inbound
1) The idea of an author.
Process/Operations
1) Author conducts a research.
2) Then he will interpret the idea into books which decide to write a books.
Outbound
1) The author will approach publisher to promote and sell his books.
2) Publisher will print the books.
3) The books will put in retail stores.
Marketing and Sales
1) Advertising.
