There was no class for week 13, but it replaced with an online forum that need us to join. Dr Ummi want us to share an example of how Rasullallah SAW or his Sahabah or the Khalifah practicing strategy during their time. Strategic management was existed since Prophet's era. Mostly, Prophet Muhammad practiced strategic management in wars. Prophet Muhammad implemented the speed strategy during war. During Ghazwah Khaibar, Prophet and Muslims moved very fast towards Khaibar as their competitors, Khaibar Jews did not noticed it. They used difficult route via mountains to reach Badar faster than their enemy and control the water and strategic location. Speed is a crucial strategy both in war and business as it leave the rival in confusion and the competition may be finish before they can react. In business, speed means time reduction in making decision, developing product and many more which associated with effectiveness and it is needed in any competition. As a conclusion, we can conclude that the success of the Islamic army during Prophet's era, shows that Prophet SAW is very good in planning and managing tactics and strategies of warfare.
